The Summit Police Department in New Jersey has been searching for Brandon Gomes, 24, since October 1 and is asking for assistance from the Albuquerque Police Department and Sandoval County Sheriff’s office to locate him.
Police say Gomes left his Summit, New Jersey, home Oct. 2 in his mother’s car and sent a message to a friend stating he wanted to end his life in nature. His phone was pinged to Sandoval County on Oct. 7. His vehicle was located next to the Holiday Inn on 12th Street in Albuquerque on Oct. 12, but he checked out of the hotel Oct. 6.
Gomes is 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs 161 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes. If spotted, call 505-242-COPS (2677).
